Beginning of the Week Hello again from Blossom Foods. Today at our staff meeting we too enjoyed a breakfast of pureed food. We sampled the egg casserole, peaches, green beans (yes, they have become breakfast food) and a new item we made last week, quiche. We have had many requests for something with bacon besides the cream corn and this seems to make sense. We found the "crust" flavor wasn't enough so we will make it again, try it again, and see if it meets our standards. If it does, what a great addition to a spring menu. We discussed what would go on the menu and I think we now have it narrowed down to 8 new items, removal of 5. Not to worry, you'll know way in advance of what the changes will be and when. It's exciting for us.
We talked about how much we appreciate our individual and institutional customers and their referrals. We are working on a plan to get the word of Blossom Foods to a bigger market. If you have any suggestions, please let us know. We understand some of the frustration in not being able to buy it locally and will begin to work on this in the coming months.
